Long Life Dance offers the following styles of classes:

Ballet

Is the foundation of Dance. Students will learn traditional barre and floor work that is designed to build healthy, graceful, beautiful posture and body. Students who advance in Ballet may be able to do point work.

Jazz

Jazz

Has many styles of dance that developed over the years. Students will learn many styles of jazz including contemporary, lyrical, funk, Broadway, modern and classic jazz.

Contemporary

Contemporary

Collection of modern and ballet techniques teaching you to have better balance, flexibility and floor work.

Tap

Tap

Students will learn the rhythms and sounds of tap dance. Coordination and timing are very important in Tap. They will get a chance to learn and put all those things together.

Hip Hop

Hip Hop

Is high energy and fast moving. Learn how to street, funk, break pop and lock in this fun energetic class. Students will be doing fun combinations to todayʼs popular hits.

Petite Ballet/Twirl program

Petite Ballet/Twirl program

A class where kids ages 3-6 can learn creative dance moves including Ballet and Tap and basic Gymnastics. Itʼs a great class for little ones to start expressing themselves and using their imagination. They will learn basic positions of ballet &Tap and putting dance combinations together, itʼs good for them because they learn to dance as a group and teaches them respect, discipline and team work. (Please wear proper ballet uniform, tights, unitard, and ballet shoes&Tap shoes. Girls can wear a ballet skirt if they choose to.

Zumba Fitness

Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, creating a dynamic,exciting, exhilarating , and effective fitness system. Also known as a Zumba Fitness Party. You don’t have to be a dancer to take this class. It’s a fitness class with basic latin inspired dance moves that make you feel great while dancing.
